A little clarity,
right in your browser.

The local package is available for desktop Chrome. The Web Store release is still being prepared.

Three steps to get started.

1. Download and unzip. Keep the extracted package in a permanent folder. Do not load the ZIP file directly.
2. Open your extensions. Enter chrome://extensions in Chrome’s address bar, then turn on Developer mode.
3. Load the folder. Click “Load unpacked” and select the folder that contains manifest.json.

Open an ordinary page. Hold Alt.

Use Alt on Windows or Option (⌥) on Mac. Both open the same Quick Access view.

Hold Alt by default: release within two seconds to close the overview, or keep holding to lock it open. Under Quick Access settings → Shortcuts, you can change the page shortcut and hold duration or turn off middle-click. The browser-managed backup shortcut can be viewed and changed in Chrome shortcuts. Switching tabs or leaving Chrome closes the view.

Keep your data when you update.

Replace the files in the same installation folder and click Reload on the extension management page. Keep the same folder and extension identity. Do not uninstall first or clear extension storage.

Under Collections → Data, export one full backup containing collections, pins, appearance and page shortcut settings. An import shows a preview and saves a local safety copy before replacing data. Chrome-managed key bindings must be set again on another device. Collections-only JSON export and recovery remain available; data does not sync across devices.

Permissions support real features.

Tabs, history and local storage support the overview, search and saved settings. Download state is read only to protect active downloads. Bookmarks and the browser’s default search are requested when you use those features. Icon discovery may contact the website itself.
